Institutional Policies
(Aligned with PEIRA and FBISE Guidelines)

Muhammad Nawaz Khokhar Memorial School and College for Girls (MNKSC) is committed to providing a structured, secure, and nurturing academic environment that supports both intellectual and moral development. Our institutional policies are formulated in accordance with the regulatory standards set by the Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Authority (PEIRA) and the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) to ensure compliance, quality, and consistency in education.

Academic Policy

  • Curriculum strictly follows FBISE-approved syllabi from Class VII to XII.

  • Regular internal assessments, mid-term exams, and annual board exams are conducted.

  • Emphasis on conceptual understanding, application of knowledge, and continuous performance improvement.

Attendance Policy

  • A minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for final examinations.

  • Attendance is monitored daily. Repeated absenteeism without valid reason may lead to warnings or suspension.

Assessment & Evaluation Policy

  • Students are assessed on class participation, assignments, quizzes, monthly tests, and term-end examinations.

  • Grading is transparent and communicated periodically to parents/guardians.

  • Remedial support is provided for students needing additional academic assistance.

Islamic and Moral Education

  • Daily Quranic lessons and moral instruction are part of the regular schedule.

  • Emphasis is placed on character building, discipline, and Islamic ethics.

Health, Safety & Security Policy

  • Secure campus with 24/7 on-site security personnel.

  • Clean and hygienic environment with proper sanitation facilities.

  • Emergency medical protocols and awareness sessions on personal hygiene and well-being.
